Paddle boat race, live music, food, art market, and more during this FREE three-day festival on the banks of Bayou St. John. Starts Friday and runs through Sunday. More information

Robin Hood: Thief Brigand

Presented by NOMA and the NOLA Project.  The Sydney and Walda Besthoff Sculpture Garden in City Park will be transformed into English Sherwood Forest in this one of a kind production of Andrew Vaught’s tale. Join Robin and his band of merry men as they  rob from the rich, give to the poor, and find themselves embroiled in the most dastardly escape plan imaginable! Friday and Sunday night at 7pm, cost: $20 adults | $14 NOMA and Project NOMA Memebers | $14 children 7-17 with an adult | No children 6 and under will be admitted. More Information 

Movies in the Park / Garden

Summer is the time for movies outside!

Saturday night at 5pm join NOMA at the Sydney and Walda Besthoff Sculpture Garden in City Park for E.T.: The Extra-Terrestrial. Gates open at 5pm with music by Marc Stone and local food trucks. The movie starts at 8pm so bring a blanket and some chairs and enjoy! No outside food or drinks, no pets, and no bug candles allowed. Free with NOMA admission

Also Saturday night at 8pm in Kenner’s Heritage Park, they have free movies outside! This week is Night at the Museum: Secret of the Tomb. No outside food or drink allowed and bring your own blankets and chairs to enjoy the movie!
