With our all-inclusive flat rate, there are no surprise costs. Our pricing is tailored for your inventory and includes all labor and travel expenses. In contrast, with an hourly moving service, you will pay for delays due to traffic, weather or even employee lunches.
Flat rates for moving are based on your inventory (the items you want moved), the distance of your move and complexity of the move. We customize pricing to each clients’ needs. To ensure that you have the best possible moving rate, please provide the most accurate inventory of all items you plan to include in the move.
We prepare estimates based on the inventory, distance, access conditions and services you describe. For larger homes and offices, ask about an on-site consultation. Your final price depends on the agreed estimate and whether the inventory or scope changes. Please review the written estimate with your relocation specialist before booking.
Yes. When you select our full-service moving solution, we provide you with the packaging materials and take care of preparing your items for transportation. If you prefer to do the packing yourself, we have quality packing supplies available to purchase for your convenience.

Yes. We do offer the option to hold items over night as most clients going to closings are closing on one home one day and the new home the next day.
If you are in need of storage for an extended period of time while your home is being renovated or a closing has been pushed back, we have 15,000 square feet of climate-controlled storage and can accommodate partial or entire households.

Our main office is open Monday through Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Our moving crews and trucks operate 24/7 to accommodate your schedule. For a quote, please contact us during office hours. During your move, you will have direct contact with our operations manager.
We recommend booking in advance to ensure the highest quality of service. We do not provide last minute moves for evictions. However, we do have the capacity to handle emergency moves, especially those related to severe weather events like hurricanes or flooding. Please call our office directly to check our immediate availability for last-minute relocations.
Yes. Atmosphere Movers has the experience, equipment and skills to help you move to another state. You can move worry-free with our long-distance moving service. If you need to move in stages or you’re moving slower, ask about our “piggy-back” option.

- Hazardous Materials: For everyone’s safety, moving companies won’t transport flammable, explosive, or corrosive materials. This includes things like gasoline, paint thinner, propane tanks, fireworks, and certain cleaning supplies (like bleach or ammonia).
- Gas-Powered Equipment: If you’re moving lawn mowers, snow blowers, or other machines that run on fuel, be sure to empty the gas tanks before moving day.
- Perishable Items: Refrigerated or frozen foods, plants, and anything that could spoil on the road are typically not allowed. Perishables can rot, attract pests, or create unpleasant odors during transit.
- Living Things: Most movers do not transport pets or plants. Most Plants can not be transported across State lines. The temperature and lack of ventilation inside moving trucks make it unsafe for living beings. Plan to move these items yourself or seek specialized services.
- Personal and Sentimental Items: Keep valuables such as cash, jewelry, important documents, prescription medications, and family heirlooms with you. This ensures your peace of mind and quick access in case you need them unexpectedly.

We are Flat-Rate meaning No hourly surcharges, unexpected fees or surprises as long as your inventory stays the same.
