Flat rates for moving are based on your inventory (the items you want moved), the distance of your move and complexity of the move. We customize pricing to each clients’ needs. To ensure that you have the best possible moving rate, please provide the most accurate inventory of all items you plan to include in the move.
We offer a free consultation on site for homes and offices that are 1500 square feet and above. During this consultation your Relocation Consultant will calculate your moving cost.
Once calculated, your price is 99.9 guaranteed if your inventory does not change. If you provide an accurate moving inventory over the phone, your price quote is guaranteed a 99.6% accuracy.
Yes. When you select our full-service moving solution, we provide you with the packaging materials and take care of preparing your items for transportation. If you prefer to do the packing yourself, we have quality packing supplies available to purchase for your convenience.
Yes. We are registered as an approved vendor for both state and federal government contract moving. Therefore, we are required to be fully licensed and insured with a 100% DOT compliance for local and interstate moves. Most of our moving team have over 15 years of experience with us. We employ highly skilled labor and mandated DOT-qualified drivers to ensure compliance with local and federal laws.

Due to state regulations and laws, we cannot move firearms, ammunition, drugs, chemicals or pets. We can usually move small potted plants for local moves – we cannot move plants across state lines due to applicable state regulations. We ask that clients use a small tote to transfer their medications and jewelry in their personal vehicle.
