4 Weeks Out
Lock the Logistics
Confirm Your Scope
Added furniture since your quote? Safes, treadmills, large cabinets? Call us to update.
Verify Access
Can our truck access your property? Gate codes, HOA restrictions, driveway limits — tell us now.
Crating Check
Marble tops, chandeliers, high-value art? Confirm if custom wooden crating is required.
The Purge
Walk your space. If you haven't used it in a year, don't pay to move it.
3 Weeks Out
Admin & Hazmat
Select Valuation Coverage
Review your contract options. Make this decision before moving day.
The No-Go Zone
Locate and separate items we cannot legally transport.
Prohibited: Propane tanks, ammunition, gasoline, paint, aerosols, perishables
Utility Overlap
Schedule shut-off day after move-out. Turn-on day before move-in.
Pack the Archive
Start with books, off-season clothes, decor. Label boxes on the SIDE, not the top.
2 Weeks Out

Hardware Protocol
Disassembling furniture? Bag all hardware in Ziploc, tape directly to the frame.
Tech Setup
Photo the back of TVs and computers for easy reinstall.
One Room at a Time
Complete one room before starting the next. If it fits in a box, box it.
Confirm Arrival
You'll receive confirmation of your crew's arrival window.
1 Week Out
Final Prep
The Open-First Kit
Pack a clear bin: meds, chargers, toilet paper, sheets. Put in YOUR car, not the truck.
Defrost Appliances
Unplug refrigerators/freezers 24 hours before. They must be dry.
Clear the Path
Remove rugs, plants, wall decor from hallways to prevent hazards.
Laundry
Drain washing machines. Install shipping bolts if available.
Moving Day

Secure them in a safe room or off-site. The loading zone is a work area.
Final Walkthrough
Sweep the attic, garage, under sinks, and dishwasher.
