My husband and I are seniors that moved from an old New Orleans home with steps to our dwelling, curving staircases inside the dwelling with old traditional furniture. This move is a horrific experience to say the least. But God blessed us with Atmosphere Movers that sent 3 AMAZING young men. These men's work ethics and endurance were well beyond our expectations. They were respectful and worked extremely hard the entire day while protecting and caring for our property. TRAY demonstrated his professionalism and expertise by administering cues to his coworkers and use of safety maneuver and proper body mechanics. The most inspirational thing was toward the end of the day when I heard Cam motivating Larry saying " keep going man, we are almost done". Additionally, the cost was as promised on our initial quote, there were no hidden fees. Thank you Atmosphere ---AWESOME JOB.

I have moved over 60 times (coast to coast due to job requirements). The five man team that moved me locally are the among the very best movers I have ever experienced. Courteous, efficient, FAST, respectful of my things both packing and unpacking. Thoughtful, considerate placement of my boxes (I had dozens) in my new apartment making it much easier for me to unpack. I recommend this company without reservation. Excellent service, true to their word, and reliable!

3 guys showed up at my moms old house to move a piano. They were very professional and polite . Jonathan and i believe Louis not sure of the other guys name but they had that piano out the house and loaded into the truck in 12 minutes. Called my wife before and after that’s how I know how long it took. Same thing when they delivered it. They were very careful with it i was dreading moving it because it’s an upright grand piano built in 1895 been in the family that long. Such a relief i want to thank y’all once again.

The movers were prompt, efficient and very polite. They worked as a team to quickly get the contents of my house into their truck.The team was very accommodating and most helpful. Once at my new home, packed boxes were placed in designated locations within the house. The large items such as beds were reassembled with care and efficiency. This was a great experience from the first phone call to the paying of the bill. The man that gave me the price was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The movers called to let me know how far away they were and had no problem switching to the second address first and the first address second for my move. This was the best experience I have ever had with a moving company. They made my move from New Orleans to Covington a SNAP! They came out and accessed my home and items to be moved, provided me with a FAST moving quote, and I HIRED THEM! WOW! I paid extra for the packing service but....man...it was worth it! The packing team handled all my stuff with care. They worked so efficiently and everything was packed and ready for the mover team in no time! On moving day, the mover team showed up right on time and made quick work of loading all my stuff up...securing it...and off to my new home! I was so pleased that I gave them a nice tip for the amazing job. There's a lot of moving companies out there to choose from. But, if you're moving in the New Orleans or Northshore area...you need to call Atmosphere Movers. They are locally owned and treat you like family. GREAT JOB!!!!

I spoke with Atmosphere Movers and they quickly gave me an accurate moving quote and scheduled the move from Metairie. On the moving day, I called my client and was very pleased to here that the professional moving team had made it to their home ON TIME! I looked at several options for our move from New Orleans to NC, including moving some of our more fragile (not breakable, but temperature sensitive) possessions ourselves with a rented truck. It turned out that for just a very little more cost, we could save the effort and hassle and have Atmosphere do it all., and faster than we would have done. They use their own people and trucks (rented from Penske, etc.) and not the national companies that keep your things for over a week as they run around the Country. The pricing was more than fair, the workers on both ends (Atmosphere employees, not hired labor off the street) were exceptional! They were considerate of our things, polite and friendly. And they worked as hard as could be imagined, in hot, humid conditions. The only thing I would caution is don't expect them to keep to a time schedule. They started two hours later than promised on the loading end, and a little more than two hours late on the unloading end. Not a really big deal, but with the temperature rising as the day wore on, it would have been better for everyone had they started earlier in the day. So, overall, I would say if you are planning a long distance move, these are your guys for sure...

Jeremy and his krewe did a great job. We had 3 guys move us from our upstairs apartment to a 2 story house. Took about 4 hours. They carefully wrapped all the furniture before they moved it, and they were super careful not to drag anything on the floor. They put everything exactly where we wanted it and even helped us figure out how to place a couple of pieces by showing us how it looked in 2 different spots. Would hire them again!

I had a very good experience with Atmosphere and would definitely use them again. My one piece of advice would be to definitely get an in-home estimate of costs as doing things over the phone is far too inaccurate.

My family and I were satisfied with the overall experience as it was our first time using a professional moving service. The representative that priced the move very courteous and professional. My only complaint was that when the truck did not show up at the scheduled time, I was NOT informed that the truck would be late and NOBODY answered the phone or returned my calls when I REPEATEDLY called and left messages asking for an update. Other than that, their prices are reasonable compared to other moving companies that also priced our move.

This was my first time ever using a moving company, and I could not have been more satisfied with my experience with Atmosphere Movers. My window was between 1:00 and 3:00 PM and the movers arrived exactly at 1:00 PM. The crew was very friendly and incredibly quick/efficient, but were attentive and careful with our furniture. They had everything moved out of my old house and into my new house in less than an hour and a half with no issues. The office staff was also very friendly and helpful anytime I had a question. The next time I plan to move, Atmosphere will definitely be the first call I make.

From the first call to Atmosphere Mover till the truck pulled out of my driveway, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I called in October to get a quote for an out of state move and was treated like I was their only customer. My quote was sent within an hour and the price was within our budget. Due to set backs , our move was put on hold, the staff would contact me for updates and I never felt pressured. Scheduling was way too easy, a simple call and I had the date I wanted and the time frame I was looking for. The packers took care to wrap everything and nothing was broken, thank you. The movers were very personable, professional, polite and took care of my furniture. My home was a new construction, so I had my concerns about possible damage to the interior, the movers to extra care to make certain that no damage was done. I was concerned about the move, but at the end of the day I was extremely pleased with Atmosphere Movers and I would highly recommend them. At the end of the day, I would like to say Thank You to everyone at Atmosphere Mover.

These guys were amazing! They wrapped all of our furniture in pads and shrink wrap and were super careful with all of our valuable items. We have several antique pieces that were handled with total care. They also moved all of our stuff across the lake, unpacked it, and arranged the furniture in under 3 hours. I can’t recommend this company highly enough. They made everything easy and I’m so grateful! 5 STARS!

The movers were great! Arrived right on time after calling to confirm, then proceeded to work for the next three hours straight. The three of them moved every single thing quickly and efficiently and were friendly the entire time. Desmond, Skyler and Dionte helped to make our move incredibly less stressful! My partner and I moved in together and I was so nervous waiting for the movers to arrive just making sure that everything was easy for them pick up but as soon as they came they handled EVERYTHING! The bedframe, hutch, the bookcase...these guys took care of it all. If you are moving THIS IS THE COMPANY to go with...they accepted all of my changes to the invoice with no problem and reasonable pricing...2 homes and all its contents were loaded into a truck and unloaded at the new place and all i had to do was point at where i needed things placed...all of this for $800!!!! 2 HOMES!!!!! This is the first time I am posting something. I've been dealing with atmosphere movers since the 1990's. I remember when the owner, Chad moved me several times when he was just starting out. They moved me at least six different times and also moved some of my big cement statues to different locations. They are very reliable and to me that means a lot. They do good work and they are the BEST.I don't have any complaints.

I have used atmosphere movers as a residential and business client at least 15 times over the past 10 years. They are reliable, trustworthy, and professional. They always send enough movers to quickly get the job done. They appropriately pad and care for your items and I have even had them briefly store items. I had them pack up my house and move everything into another house in one day! They did a great job, even putting together the furniture and unpacking boxes. In 2009 my office manager called another moving company without my permission those individuals kept my office furniture and demanded more money. From that point forward I have never allowed anyone to move my home or office except Atmosphere Movers. I really can not say enough good things about Atmosphere movers, they may cost a little more if you get multiple quotes but they’re well worth it.

Fortunately, she also called Atmosphere Movers!!! Their pro moving crew helped us get everything packed (correctly) and ready for move day. The Atmosphere Movers crew was terrific during a long day of moving between houses. The guys were full of energy and laughs, but always paying constant attention to directions and care for our furniture. We were impressed with the care with which they wrapped all of the furniture in cellophane to protect the upholstered items and to keep the drawers of nightstands and consoles intact. Excellent customer service. They will pack, deliver and unpack your entire house. When i called, they ask exactly what needs to be packed. When you get the cost, they actually stick to the quoted price. If you've delt with other moving companies, you know how unusual this is. On moving day they'll show up on time and with ALL the equipment needed for the move. Boxes, tape, manpower... EVERYTHING. They packed for my 86 year old aunt and exhibited immense patience with the process. Every item was packed, moved and unpacked with NO breakage. Great service.Great Price.I called up several different movers on the north shore area and they beat them on price. With that being said the service was excellent. I’ve used moving companies before and you have to babysit them through the process Todd and his crew showed up and I pointed where and it moved. Sales/Office staff was pleasant to work with as well, I sent an email detailing items to be moved and the locations. I received a prompt reply and scheduling was simple. (I called a week in advance). Would/Will use again.

I thought I would try to move by not using a moving company, just our son and his friends. I decided, as moving day got closer, that I should hire 'the professionals'. I'm so glad I did.The gentlemen arrived on time and went right to work. I never had to remove drawers, take beds apart, etc. No seeing anyone struggle to maneuver big objects through doors... Atmosphere Movers came prepared with the right tools for the job. I watched with relief as (1) guy was rolling my wrapped dresser, full of my belongings, that weighs at least 300#'s out of my house with ease.They worked without break ( even after offering them food and drinks) from the time they arrived until the time they unloaded at my new house.We started packing the old house at 9am and movers arrived at 10. By 5pm, we were in the new house, unloaded and Hanging pictures/artwork on the walls.Atmosphere Movers made what would normally be a stressful day easy. Nothing broken or even scratched in the process.Thank you Peggy and crew! You are all wonderful!!

I highly recommend this moving company! The close on our new house was moved at the last minute to a late Friday afternoon time.
